Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our products, all sales are final. Clixou does not offer monetary refunds — no cash refunds, no credit card refunds, no PayPal refunds, no cryptocurrency refunds — under any circumstances once a product has been delivered to your email address.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered. The moment you receive your product credentials, the transaction is complete.

2. Replacement Warranty (Your Remedy)

While we do not offer refunds, every product purchased from Clixou is protected by our Replacement Warranty. If your product stops working during the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost.

2.1 Warranty Duration

Your warranty period matches the duration of the product you purchased:

• 1-month purchase = 1-month warranty from date of purchase.
• 3-month purchase = 3-month warranty from date of purchase.
• 6-month purchase = 6-month warranty from date of purchase.
• Lifetime purchase (e.g., Spotify Premium Lifetime) = warranty for the reasonable expected lifespan of the service, subject to replacement stock availability.

2.2 What Is Covered

The Replacement Warranty covers:

• Product credentials that stop working or become inaccessible through no fault of your own.
• Products that are non-functional upon delivery.
• Products that are materially different from their description on clixou.com.

2.3 What Is NOT Covered

The Replacement Warranty does NOT cover:

• Products where the customer changed the account password, email, or security settings on the third-party platform.
• Accounts banned or suspended due to the customer's actions (misuse, abuse, or violation of the platform's terms).
• Products that have been resold, shared with others, or transferred to a third party.
• Issues caused by the customer's own internet connection, device, or software.
• Requests submitted after the warranty period has expired.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind (not wanting the product anymore is not grounds for a replacement).

2.4 How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact our support team via Telegram at @clix_sup or email Clixou89@gmail.com.
2. Provide your order ID or the email address used for the purchase.
3. Clearly describe what issue you are experiencing.
4. Allow us a reasonable time to verify the issue (usually minutes, not days).

Replacements are typically processed within minutes during active support hours. Our average support response time is under 10 minutes on Telegram.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or any payment processor without first contacting Clixou support is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

• Your Clixou account will be permanently suspended.
• All active warranty coverage on your purchases will be revoked.
• You will be permanently banned from future purchases.
• Clixou will contest the chargeback and provide evidence of product delivery to the payment processor.
• You may be reported to chargeback fraud databases.

Before disputing a charge, please contact us. We can almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback process, which typically takes 30–90 days. Most issues are resolved within minutes via Telegram.

4. Exceptions

Clixou may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a monetary refund or store credit in exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions are not guaranteed, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and do not set precedent for future transactions. Examples of potential exceptions include:

• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error (verified by transaction records).
• Orders where the product was never delivered and cannot be delivered (verified by our systems).

Even in these exceptional cases, Clixou's preferred remedy is a replacement product or store credit rather than a monetary refund.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, purchases made with cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable. The Replacement Warranty still applies to crypto purchases — if the product doesn't work, we replace it. But monetary refunds for crypto payments are not possible.
