Clixou sells digital products including subscription account credentials, account upgrades, software access, and digital service access. All products are digital in nature and delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Products are sold for specific durations as listed on each product's page (for example, 1 month, 3 months, or lifetime). The warranty period matches the purchased duration. If you purchase a 1-month subscription, your warranty coverage is 1 month. Products labeled "Lifetime" (such as Spotify Premium Lifetime) carry a warranty for the reasonable expected lifespan of the service, subject to replacement stock availability.
Products are sold as one-time payments. There is no automatic recurring billing. If you wish to extend your access beyond the purchased duration, you may place a new order for the same product.
